Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us which will contain your order as well as instructions to complete your download / activation.

If you have not received this email, do not worry, it means your order is being processed and will be delivered to you soon. 

All orders chosen for digital delivery and paid using any one of the following options: net banking, debit card, credit card, wallet or any other pre - paid mechanism will be delivered by email to your registered email address. 

If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with your order item and instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. This applies to all bulk orders as well.

(In the case of bulk orders, or orders other wise split in parts, the receipt by you of the first e-mail / order items, will constitute delivery by us to you for your entire order.)

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of your order.

Please note that we take account security very seriously; and you are requested to ensure that you feed in the correct details when ever you are placing a transaction with us.

Any discrepancy in provided information or any cause to believe that this might be an un-authorized charge will lead to an automatic hold, or manual hold, of your transaction(s).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and|or orders that use the same billing and|or shipping address.

If we find any reason to believe, there is any thing suspicious about a transaction(s), DIGICODES reserves the right to launch an investigation, during which, we will not process any refunds or deliver your order.
In such a case, we will be unable to refund you, and we have to maintain custody of the funds, until you can prove that you are the legal and rightful owner of these funds.
If you believe your payment is legitimate and your transaction has been blocked by our systems, by mistake, you are required to provide a formal letter, signed or attested, from your bank, stating that, 
- You are the rightful owner of the payment method, you have used to make the transactions on our website,
Please note that any refunds will only be processed when, 
- our investigation is complete
- after a period of at least, one week to 10 days, from the date of transaction(s),
We do this since this helps provides adequate time for the the original owner of the funds, if applicable, to contact their bank and / or dispute the transaction.
We have to do this to ensure that any refunds made by us are actually returned to the rightful owner. 
Further, we have to do this to negate the chance of possible future credit card charge back(s), by the original owner, against any fraudulent transactions that might be made, on our portal(s).
It is our obligation to ensure that no unauthorized transactions which might result in future charge backs or libel, are made, on our website(s).
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Please note that CoD orders (*currently this service is not active) will be shipped within 2 business days.

If you do not contact us within 48 hours from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
