2. When and how will I get my delivery?

Answer - WE DELIVER MOST ORDERS WITHIN A FEW HOURS, to your registered email address. Sometime; order delivery might take longer if we have to verify the order or payment etc.

If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with your order item and instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. This applies to all bulk orders as well.

(In the case of bulk orders, or orders other wise split in parts, the receipt by you of the first e-mail / order items, will constitute delivery by us to you for your entire order.)

If you have not yet received, an email, do not worry. It means that your order is still under process, and will be delivered soon. Please wait for our notification.

*Please note that certain pre-orders, best-sellers and latest releases might not qualify for immediate delivery. These will be sent to your email within a couple of hours of purchase or on the official release date (where applicable). Certain orders might be subject to additional verification as well, as per our customer verification policy, especially where we find there is a discrepancy, in provided customer KYC information and purchase information.

6. Can I Use keys on more than one pc|console?

Answer - No, each key is valid for 1 user for 1 pc | hardware platform only, unless other wise stated in the product description.


8. I can't activate my Windows keys. Please help!

Answer - Please refer to the installation instructions provided earlier.

In case of an issue with activating your Windows key, please use one of the methods:

Method 1:

1. Click on ”Start” icon , then open ”Settings”, choose ”Update & security”, and then select ”Activation”.

2. Choose the ”Activate by phone” option.

3. Click the drop-down menu, select your country, and then click ”Next”.  

4. Call the Toll free number and follow instructions to generate confirmation ID to activate your Windows.

Method 2:

1. Press and hold "Windows" key and press "R" on your keyboard.

2. Type "SLUI 04" in the window that pops up and press enter.

3. Click the drop-down menu, select your country and then click Next.

4. Call the Toll free number and follow instructions to generate confirmation ID to activate your Windows.

9. What do I do if a key is not working?

Answer - Send us a screen shot with the error. Also, send us a screen shot of your purchase history from your account. For example: If you have bought a Steam key which is not working, we will need the screen shot of the error and a screen shot of your Steam account purchase history.

This information helps us provide early and accurate resolutions. Please note that we might be unable to provide any assistance unless you send us the required information to investigate the issue.


10. How long do you take to resolve issues?

Answer - Most issues will be resolved within 7 working days. We respond to most emails within 12 - 24 hours.


11. How does the make an offer | price guarantee work?

Just make us an offer using the 'Make Offer' button on the product page. We will accept or reject your offer or provide our best possible offer.

Alternatively, if you've already placed an order, we'll refund you upto 10% of the price difference (provided you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order). Acceptance of such applications made under price guarantee is based on our discretion, especially, where the authenticity of the competing products, is in question.

Yes, 18% GST is valid on every purchase. It will be added to the product price at checkout. GST valid invoices will be emailed along with your purchase and will also be available in your account area.

It simply means we resolve all valid issues, if any, and we barely get any, as soon as we get them. At the end of every 24 hours, we ensure that all tickets sent in the previous day, within above timelines, are responded to and resolved.
