Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, for any reason whatsoever.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that – ‘Bought by mistake’ or ‘No longer required’ are not valid reasons for return / refund.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
