Cook Fish Steak, Laslan Steak, Fish Pottage | World of Cooking Guide

The “World of Cooking” quest is given by Adventurer Pro Percy—he’s the penguin guy, you know who I mean. He’ll ask you to cook Fish Steak, Laslan Fish Stew, and Fish Pottage. Now, the good news is—you don’t need to complete all of them! You just need to finish one.

The quickest and easiest recipe I found is the Laslan Fish Stew. To start, head to a cooking oven, and under the “armor” recipes on the left-hand side, you’ll find it. You will need to be around Cooking Level 3, so you might need to level up a bit.

Now, the Laslan Fish Stew is a pretty simple recipe. Most of the ingredients can be gathered easily, and a couple, like garlic and milk, can be bought from any Sundries Merchant.

For the fish, there’s a single fishing spot where you can catch everything you need. The recipe calls for different types of fish, including Pink Cod, Branded Banded Butterflyfish, Tonmor Eel, and Silver Anchovies. All of these can be caught at the same spot with the most basic fishing rod and bait. Head over to the Daybreak Shore area, and just fish into the sea. Every fish you catch there is one of the ones you need, with a 100% catch rate.

It’s quick and easy—just a few casts and you’re good to go. Once you’ve caught everything, cook up the stew, complete the quest, and you’re done!
