Where To Find Reptilian Butcher & Thick Reptilian Tail In Throne & Liberty

The Reptilian Butcher is probably one of the most annoying bosses to find in Throne and Liberty, as instead of encountering the boss in the wild, you will need to summon it yourself. Summoning the butcher will require you to have a Thick Reptilian Tail, a unique resource that you will need to farm.

So in this guide, we will be looking at what you need to do to get yourself a Thick Reptilian Tail, and with that tail summon a Reptilian Butcher.

Where To Find Reptilian Butcher & Thick Reptilian Tail

To get started, you will need to make your way over to Saurodama Island. You can summon the Reptilian Butcher and get the Thick Reptilian Tail on this island. If you haven’t found the island yet, Saurodama Island can be found at the southeast-most corner of the game’s map.

Once you are on the island, you can start farming the Thick Reptilian Tail by collecting Thin Reptilian Tails. These Thin Reptilian Tails can drop from all of the different lizard enemies found on the island, and the island is crawling with lizard-like enemies. Once you collect 20 Thin Reptilian Tails, they will automatically transform into a Thick Reptilian Tail.

It’s important to note that you will only be able to hold onto your Reptilian Tails for 10 minutes. This timer will reset each time you collect a tail.

If you are playing with a group of players, the person who lands the final hit on an enemy will collect the tail that it drops. You can use this to your advantage by having one player collect all of the tails. Taking down the lizard enemies in a party is generally going to be much easier and much quicker.

Summoning the Reptilian Butcher

With the Thick Reptilian Tail in your possession, you can summon the Reptilian Butcher by using the tail on a Brazier of Resurrection. There are multiple Braziers on this island, and you can use any of them to summon the Reptilian Butcher.

Like most bosses in Throne and Liberty, the Reptilian Butcher can be fought multiple times. So after summoning it and killing it once, you can instantly start collecting a Thick Reptilian Tail again to summon another Reptilian Butcher. The Reptilian Butcher can drop some very unique and valuable items, making it an extremely good boss to farm.
